You can find a couple of 'em at pcgamemods.com.  The good thing about these is that it changes that actual skin texture of DN in the game.  If you want to have these available in-game, you would need to DL either Dak Vesser's or VoxAngel's game saves that have these already in your inventory.  Once you upload the skins to your override directory, you'd be able to play with these new Nihilus textures.

To load the gamesaves, yes you can use action replay.  As far as the mod goes, if you have a stock hard drive, then you can use the AR card but make sure that the path of the mod is pointed to your TDATA folder.
