Can't Play Male Characters!

In KOTOR 2 the game doesn't load after R2 has been zapped by HK if I've choosen a male character, but works fine with female characters...
I'm playing the game off my hdd - and it's not affected by any of my former actions...

Has anyone experienced the same problem - and might be able to help me?!? It sucks only being able to play female characters...   :unsure:

Literally thousands of people have experienced this glitch (it's all over this forum as well). All I can suggest is that you save before activating the scene, play from the disc, then go back to playing off the HD once you're through it.

That's what I have to do sometimes if multiple reloading doesn't get me through it.
