i have no mod-chip, is it possible to transfer files i have downloaded into my xbox thru fxp or so...

There is a tutorial on the Morrowind forum that explains file transfer via ftp using either the Mech Assault game and another one (can't remember which one).  You would need to have network access in order to view/modify the contents on your xbox.

NOTE:  The stock xbox only has 4GB of space, some of which has already been pre-alloted for gamesaves and such.  Be careful what you load on to your xbox.  Make sure you backup your gamesaves either via Memory Card or Action Replay.
