dang it I just downloaded "movie styled robe pack" from PCgamemods and the anakin ones don't work they either freeze my xbox or my character comes out transparent with little green and red anchor points on him/her as if viewing it in lightwave 3d or something.  Anyone know another good Anakin robe I can use? the other one on their site requies a cheat console.

I'd play the PC version as it works in there however, I just lost my good graphics card and I'm running my old "el cheapo" FX5600

Actually, that robe works.  When the green transparent thing happens, all you have to do is go through a load area (go inside a room, leave the cantina, etc.) and the robe should be fine.  Basically what happens is the xbox is in a way reconfiguring itself to show the visuals and run it on the memory.  You also might want to download Robes Pack 1.  It's a retexture of the Jedi Robe/Dark Jedi Robe models (not the bulky Master ones) and those are pretty damn cool!  The only thing is it replaces all the other robes that you get throughout the game (Jedi Robe, Padawan Robe, Ossus Keeper, Norris Robe, and others)...but on the good side, you still keep all the bonuses and attribute pluses...they just look different.  Enjoy!

sweet! thanks for the informative reply your kinds are rare lol I'll get right on that.  At times it causes my xbox to load but the other half of the time I can actually get it to equip but it will be transparent.  Now that I think of it though, I've seen it do a similar thing with the sith master robe that I got for my prestige class.

The freezing occurs because of the xbox's limited memory.  Remember that a lot of these robes were made and meant to run on more powerful machines.  In most cases, the textures that were implemented on some of these robes need at least 128MB of RAM to run properly.

VoxAngel and I are looking into putting a tutorial together on how to create mods using the SW Kotor Tool to build mods that are guaranteed to work on xbox, putting in mind the system's limitations.  Once that has been done, we'll post our findings on the forum.
