Nintendo Ds Selling For $250 On Ebay

anybody seen what the nintendo ds systems are selling for on ebay?  that's crazy.  i guess it's supply and demand.  i got an atari system 5 years after it came out, and i was happy.  this stuff is crazy.  you could get the kid a gameboy sp and a N64 with games for much cheaper than these systems.  the parents are the problem, not the spoiled kids.  oh well.  gonna go play frogger now.

When I read that, I was like no way. I remember looking there before when they were $800, but now found ones for over $1,000 US. That is just ridicolous, considering the PSP will be stateside this Spring

If you pay 1000 for the PSP when the american US versions of games start coming out you PSP probably won't even play them.

well....it won't play umd movies or umd music but it will play the games....the games are region free...the other media is not...

Plus the first round of systems always have a bunch o' defects and stuff that need to be worked through. Usually byt the Japanese public.
Apparently if you twist the PSP slightly while using it, the UMD is fired like a projectile from the machine!
