first I am a newbie to kotor modding.  I have Kotor2

I created the override directory in
OVERRIDE=e:\TDATA\4c410003\override
(above has been copied and pasted out of my swdirsxbox.ini file)

Whats odd is that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt.  When i added the directory I lost all of my saved games.  Sometimes when I boot up, they are back.  Cold booting doesnt seem to make a difference.  

Anyone have an idea of whats going on - id be much appreciative
