Well, all I have is an N64 after being forced to sell my DC

. The damage has been done, and now I want by DC back! I had an idea for when iI got mine. Now, I don't know a whole lot about the DC's innerworkings but my idea is to mount the DC in a new 'shell'; most likely a hard plastic case from Radio Shack (Will be fairly large). I'm curious as to whether or not you can replace the GD-Rom with say, an HD or regular CD Drive? With computers, they just need to have the same 'interface', so if I found a CD-Drive with the same 'interface' as the GB-rom, would it not work? I need a bit of help on this one

. Also would like to have some kind of memory unit instead of the VMU; perhaps a combo of two ideas:
A case-mounted VMU port, or / and a harddrive connected to said port, all of which could be internal.
Any comments / suggestions /advice? Thanks.
EDIT: Ok, I finished reading the other thread and found that it would be challenging, but possible. So what I'm looking for now are some methods I could/should use, and any thing else that would be added. Checklist so far..
-Large Plastic Case
-Working Dreamcast
-LED's

-DVD-Drive
-30gb HD (WD, Its just laying around unused)
-2 Medium Cooling Fans
-More LED's

-Dremmel + Diamon Edged Cutting Disk
Possibly a new power supply? I'll need some damn good cooling for the PCU but I think I'm going to need one for the planned mod(s).
P.s. I'm a little baked so I may not make too much sense.
