New Halo Addon; Need Help...

Modders,

   Every Wed and Sat in my town I go to a place called Game Zion. A friend of mine owns it and he has a set up of 8 tvs and 8 xboxs that are all system linked and all we do is play Halo/Halo 2 all night. Anyways, I was over there a few nights back and was inspired since we have alot of pros that play there (as in people who go to 50k type tournaments)...anyways I need some help with making an on screen addon to halo. If you have ever seen the trainer for Halo 1 that pops up when you click both of you anolog sticks, thats all of the kind of visual I will need. But keep in mind that this isnt a trainer.
