Halo Campaign Items.. Location?

Where is the location of the items(weapons, skulls, ect.) stored in the map file?  I cant find anything on the location.. I am assuming its the same for halo 2 as it is for halo....

There aren't any skulls in Halo 1, but all the weapons are in the weap tag if you're using a editing program...
