To make the scorpion shoot faster, go into your weap tag and click on objects\vehicles\scorpion\turrets\cannon\weapon\cannon_turret_mp. Go to the tag editor and look for min and max rate of fires (2 different things, incase your easily confused lol like me.). So take those and make them really high I think. I'm not sure though, I'm only guessing... I've never tried messing with the tanks weapons. But that should work. Next, about the speed. Go into the vehi tag and get your ...scorpion/scorpion. Now again, go into your tag editor. Go to human vehi top speed and just bring that up. Hope I helped you. And if I got something wrong, other people, dont fricken flame me.
