Adding Maps In Nmp/cxe

OK, I have my modded box with NMP2 and CXE1 and all that. working perfect. Now how do I add a brand new map?? For example, I just Downloaded Forerunner Island or somthing. How do I add it? Please take the time to walk my through it to, cause im a noob at this.

I have-
-halo NMP
-Halo CXE
^^Both Work^^
-a .ppf file for the map i want to use.
