Ok I Really Need Some Help

dry.gif .  i actually did some research on my own and ive bought xecuter 2.3b lite (i hope its good).  ive also downloaded HDD hex editor (any god tuts for this?).  Im still looking for a WORKING SparkEdit.

well i think thats all.  someone told me to get these files (i have no idea what to do with them....tut anyone?...)  someone could help me find a working sparkedit id apreciate it.  thanx

Go onto the www.halomods.com forums and you'll find the latest release of SparkEdit in there.

Read the tutorials in there too.

That chip is exactly what you want. I have it, and im working on a new map (LavaGulch) Instead of hex editing, try programs like HaloMapTools, HXE and others for modding halo. If you get into the advance stuff you will need to hex edit, however.
