Can't Get Nmp V1.1 To Download?

Every time I try to download from halomods, I get this error:
"phpBB : Critical Error

Could not open DarkBlue template config file

DEBUG MODE

Line : 326
File : /home/virtual/site1/fst/var/www/html/includes/functions.php"

I am registered and logged in to the site, can anyone help me or point me in the direction of another place to get it from?
