Will Hce Allow Vehicles To Be Added To Non Vehicle

...but can't figure out what I did.  I once had a working ghost in wizard but can't remember how I did it.  I changed the model of the health pack to that of the ghost and you can see it.  When I change the equipment of the hp to the ghost it doesn't show up though.

Can somebody kick my memory for me?

I know if you make the vehicle a weapon projectile it'll shoot out of a gun and that works, but that's probably not what u wanna do.  I don't know of any other way to do it with just HCE.
