You dont need to make any additional folders or edit the ini in anyway for crazynation trainers, You only need new folders and a trainer section in the ini for EvoxTrainers (ETM)  

All you need to do is patch the default.xbe off the hdd with ipswin2.0.

Once its patched replace it in the originals spot and you should be fine.

you can also rename it to something like d1efault.xbe and use the halo cache editor or xboxtoolBoxx to maunally launch the trained or untrained xbe

ex. Under the halo directory youd see

Bink folder
Maps folder
Xdemos(unless deleted)
default.xbe----untrained,unpatched,original xbe
d1efault.xbe---newly trained xbe

if your halo directory is like this you can edit the config.ini in HCe to launch the trained or the original. Or you can open xboxtoolboxx and find your halo directory and launch either xbe's
