you need two of the same caches.
Bloodgulch example: Clean cache with no changes and you need the bloodgulch cache that youve made the changes to.
Download ppf studio

then just put the original cache in the origianl file place and the modded cache in the patched file place and click create and it will spit out a ppf patch of the changes in the map.

if im wrong on anything someonelse will drop by and correct me.
