Xbox Halo Mods

I cant seem to find a guide or how these mods are applied would like to fly the pelican would be neat. Do you ftp them? Ive looked everywhere I cant find an explanation on how to run them. Please help me or just supply me a link

If you get a App called HCE(Halo Cache Editor) U can do it that way with a little bit of work
