maybe through map rebuilding but that isn't possible yet for xbox......besides the warhogs tired are just tires not animation

i was the one that made that mod.
i am Rude Boi over at HS.
and there is animated wheels when u drive it.
the only way that i know of making spinners are to make a bitmap that looks like its spinning.
