Ok well no one wants to help, thats cool.  I went to a pawn shop and got this nice computer now that Im typing on and it seems to run HMT just fine so I now have another question.  How can I extract sound from one halo mod and insert it into my own halo mod?  I tried extract meta from a sound but it didnt work any ideas?

Use HMTv3 and go to sound then click on save track or save chunk i use save chunk now don't forget some sounds have more than one chunk so get all chunks ok.
