I had to put this effect on the frag grenade, too, but i didnt change the explosion properties here. Come up with something creative and post it!

I am not a very good tut writer so here you go:
open the maw in hmt 2
extract the particle system tag poa explosion
extract the point physics tag "space explosion"
open poa explosion in a hex editor
fix reflexives and dependancies
inject the files where you fixed them to be
adjust explosion meta properties as you wish
run halo
have fun!

Ya, I've thought about it b4 and even looked into it for awhile. But i didnt find much and decided to come back to plain hacking.
About the grenade: I said i didnt change the explosion properties, use the rocket for kills.

you want 1 nade kills its pretty easy, do you want them thorw things like toys, too?

u should also make it so that u only get one shot and the reload time for it to come back is twice as long

and also take it off the grenades it is worthless there lol............make it the rocket launcher the super weapon 1 shot complete destruction

so... did u like import the animation and sound.... or did u just adjust the damage range.??

ok everyone, it already is the rocket launcher... the grenade was a byproduct...
