Just use the search button and look for shooting vehicles or something. Im sure it will fit your needs

i have pal too i got 18 warthogs in blood gulch i downloaded the ppf patch for ntsc ai in blood gulch and it just made alot warthogs appear on pal i then changed the ghosts and the tanks to warthogs and was left with 18 fully working warthogs.
