i had this problem when i was in the middle of a game save... start a level fresh with no game save

I changed the weapons, and the vehicles, but it didn't matter what i changed, it still froze. Do you meen start a whole new game from scratch, i.e, delete every save from the game, of just start the level again, cos i've already restarted the level and that didn't help.

no dont start a new game, just start a new level (during the opening movie, restart), THEN use hce and make sure ur in the right region, then load up the level again and play

It's definitely in the right region. I set the region before i put it onto the xbox. I've started a new level before and it didn't help. When i apply the changed and save it, it does work, and everything does change, except for the freezing part.

Have you tried deleting the cache files starting over and only change 1 thing to see if that works?
