first of all use the list, the hardest way is to find the tag in the ntsc list, then find that one in the pal list
for most of the 'easy' swaps I think you can do it on forge's site
maybe onlyme can give you some more hints

PAL offsets can be found through NTSC offsets 1. Get the NTSC offset (there are many places) 2. Add 4000 to the offset ie. c77ee58 + 4000 = c782e58 ie. c790358 + 4000 = c794358 3. That is the new offset. 4. Goto that address, write down the bytes 5. Do what ever u want with it
