acctually mastertito, i think yours is the best way, i was doing mine a different way but yours is alot easier. the only thing i would have to add to that is if it says
0x23448b8 ------88 ------4r
0x23448b8 ------06 ------44
0x23448bA ------99 ------4a
*note* this only works because they are sequential locations ( 0x23448b8, 0x23448b9, 0x23448bA)
*note2* if you only had two,
0x23448b8 ------88 ------4r
0x23448b8 ------06 ------44
then you would have to do all the same steps but get two offsets.
you are going to need to combine them into one so it will be
0x23448b8 880699-- 4r444a--
but that still leaves the problem of those 2 "--" which is an unknown byte.
so your going to need to goto the point 0x23448b8 in the hex by opening hd hex hitting edit-goto and then if its a clean file you will see "88 06 99 80",
congradulations you just found your missing byte, "80"!
so just add that to the 6 numbers you had earlier so you get
0x23448b8 88069980
and your ini code would be:
name = 0x23448b8 | off = 0x88069980, on = 0x4r444a80
and thats basiclly it
ill try to do a tut 4 the rest later
