wasn't he the person that added the screenshot capability to Halo (and wouldn't say how)? we all know its impossible to add this capability without it being already there in some form... so what do you think, is he a Halo dev? possibly somebody connected to the original Marathon as well? more conspiracy theories...

It means "spanker"- From what Ive heard/ read it was the nickname to the rocket launcher in Marathon.
