this is no worse then the "HALO MODS POSSABLE!!!!!!!" thread, in fact it's the whole point of this thread I believe.

If this gets thrown out (which it prolly will) you should take the other thread down with it because it's just annoying to see a title like that and then see the actual post "ANyone know how to mod this Game?" whatever.

the img files are encoded and encrypted in a strange way, just like the ps2 ones, and they have yet to be cracked, so as far as car mods, dont expect them
