is there anyway to get a full offset list/value list for HCE?
if so where, if not i'm gonna set up a perl prog to parse something into hce format

well i sed "screw the perl" i havent written anything for months

but i figured out that i can use notpad and use replace i'm gonna be done in a like a half hour
