omfg i wanan get this trainer working could never get it to work only etm files to work

When I press both thumbsticks down, the cheat menu comes up but the screen is flashing so bad I can barely read anything. It is legible to some extent but is this normal for this trainer?

BTW: What is does these cheats do?
Fall Guy?
Medusa?
Bump Character?
