But I can't seem to be able to compress these patched maps files back to ~20 megs with Sparkedit 2.5

A very good-looking source for PPF files. In the future halomods will also provide haloPC mods and maps, and halo xbox maps. Halomods.com is also the home of sparkedit, a program that can only view map files at the moment, but in the future there should be an export function so editing in external editing programs becomes possible.

anyway i reckon halomods.com should have some pal ppfs

haloskins has them but i cant get into the download section..

We have PAL PPFs, try the various PPF packs, there are PAL PPF's in those. They are loose in the PPF Folder, scroll down, they are under the level categories.

Also Boll has the entire list of all the offsets for all the levels here. That is if you want to do it the hard way

Xbox-Saves has mainly halo and DOAXBV but has others aswell. Also has normal saves for things like 100% completion

Is there any way to Hex edit Halo so that you could have more then just the two teams in team slayer? I havn't had time to really look into it and I'm not the best HEXEditor, so I was wondering if anyone has tried to do this.

The guys at my house constantly play on 4 different Xbox's and it would be sweet if we could all be on seperate tv's!
