does anyone have a b30.ini file for hce 45 that includes flying warthogs?  Ive tried makin it but ive had problems...

oh sorry its ntsc. im not to good with metadata stuff and i followed dmauros guide but i got very confused in it

Goto these offsets and type these bytes in place of what's there.

C787F98: C07E E680
D23CFB4: 0500 0000 AE47 613E 8FC2 F53C 6F12 033C 6F12 833C F90F C93F 0000 0000 0000 0000 CDCC 4C3E

I don't use HCE or anything (haven't bothered to figure it out) so this would be for hexing. I'm sure someone else (or you) can put this in the proper format for an INI file.
