Creating A Gamesave Or Ppf From Hacked Cache Files

Is it possible to create a modified gamesave (for use with Action Replay or Xbox Saves Manager) from the user profile on the Xbox HD that will load the changes I made to the cache001.map?

Does the user profile contain any data from the map?

Or do I have to create a ppf in order to distribute the hack?

Can ppfs be applied to cachexxx.map files?
