Can You Change Halo Charac Names?

couldn't i hexedit my name by finding my profile or something. I believe this is rudimentary, but no one has said anyhting.

are u pal or ntsc? cuz i noticed something as i have the pal and ntsc versions of the game. in the pal version you get loads of symbols and stuff where as in the ntsc version you dont. strange

You could, but you would have to resign the game save.  Or you can do it to the default names in your xbe without having to do any resigning.
