u need to get cache003.map from your xbox and patch it with the ppf file (that you renamed to cache003.map i believe)

the name changes depending on what level you played last
CLEAR EVERYTHING OUT OF X: Y: or Z: and then put it in as cache003.map
also make sure you start a game on BG before you load this one up

should solve problem if done correct
