i agree with you. i want to see a organized list of color, projectile, etc codes for both systems. it could kind of resemble the list the guy made one time for the lockability of hardrives.

Yes that would be easyers, espacially for PAL users. I can't find any good tutorials for that.

Does anyone have the BG.txt file from http://media.7708.net/hack/dozi/BG.txt for me? The site is down...

I also don't understand this tutorial:

http://www.chatlink....ers/flyhog.html

"Warthog: 02340658 - 0234065C (Replace everything between these offsets with 407F8F80)"

between? If I search for 02340658 then the next code is 0234065C so there is no "between" ???

Its great that all the mp maps are done for PAL
and so can SP!

I have already started converting NTSC offsets to PAL offsets but it takes soooo long
If some one had the halomapexpander it would be a lot faster
If someone has it could u email it to [email protected] (or ne info on it)

For a little info on the conversion goto 'pal halo codes' in the game hacking forum
But u are right about wot u where saying.

good luck all.

QUOTE (A.I. @ Aug 19 2003, 11:33 AM)
YESi would like this too but i would really like to know how to find the off sets in the first place not just have them handed to me on a place laugh.gif

OK i will tell u all again!

PAL offsets can be found through NTSC offsets
1. Get the NTSC offset (there are many places)
2. Add 4000 to the offset
  ie. c77ee58 + 4000 = c782e58
  ie. c790358 + 4000 = c794358

3. That is the new offset.
4. Goto that address, write down the bytes
5. Do what ever u want with it

**This is only used to find PAL single Player offsets

Use the NTSC offsets, do a search on the forum they have been listed at a couple of different websites, use the 4000 formula above and it should work, can't confirm this but I'm gonna do some research tonight on it.
