well all mp pal levels are done and they work
there are some probs with the ntsc ones :s
dunno why
only equipment page works
all v0.3 bugs are fixed like saving map (except for the weird ntsc bug)
gonna add skinning first maybe someone could release nice skin for HCE
for the moment only colors
format for each color is ARGB (alpha red green blue) hex values, so 0xff000000 is full black etc
file is gonna be saved as skin.ini (original name
) and later I'll add background pic etc
just need to fix the damn ntsc saving bug :s
