Every time it tries to load Halo It pops up and the blue mist gets about an eighth across and GOES BACKWARDS!!!  blink.gif Then it just blacks out. sad.gif
Anybody have this problem?
Anybody got suggestions?
I was running Halo off of the Hard drive and let my freind borrow Halo for some needed practice. Do you guys think it'll make a difference if it was off of the disk?

Oh, I've already tried loading three or four games to see if it would make Halo reload it's cashe files but No Go!
Help! Please!

It wasn't anything a good nights rest couldn't fix.
Yeah it works now but last night it had me worried. Other games stopped loading up. So if any of you guys get this problem, turn off the xbox and give some time.

Also, mine froze when I saved the game with hacks on (i.e... in a Banshee flying around on Silent Cartographer), and when I tried to load the level again (with non-hacked cache files), it froze on the loading screen...

Once I figured out the problem, I just loaded another level, then went back to Silent Cartographer... Although you could just start the same level on a different difficulty level...

That is different from what happened to me. As soon as I loaded Halo the loading screen would appear and reverse. What originally set it off was I tried to hex in a different value for the zoom with the snipper. I also used HaloMapEditorv1.2 to switch up some stuff in beaver creak. I thought that's what did it. Either way I didn't see any effects to the game. See, I loaded the changed files, didn't see the changes and decided to start fresh. After I deleted the files it went down hill. The crazy part is every time I loaded Halo after I deleted the files they'd appear again.

That's what the cache files are supposed to do... The cache files will be put on your Xbox cache partitions everytime you play a game that caches to the HDD (like Halo)...

I don't think you get it. The same files for bloodgulch and others would appear even though Halo never got past the original loading screen. I never even saw the main menu let alone pick a board for split screen.
