any comments, suggestions,...

all sp/mp levels for NTSC
only BG yet for PAL sad.gif

Well, I had no success with my changes.  I tried to add the following line to the bottom of the file:
MC = 0x0233c8f8, 0x7c917280
It just didn't show up.

Also, I have another suggestion.  Make scrolling a little easier.  It is a little difficult to scroll down 1 item at a time.  Maybe have the dpad to one item at a time and have the analog do a fast scroll or something.

Works Great! I cant wait for full map support and more elements added. Only problem is that that the D-pad scrolls way to fast.

I got a change to work, I just changed the flame offset and hex to that of Cyborg_mp.  Flame is pretty useless anyway.  Hopefully someone has a better solution.

I thought of nifty feature:  Single Click buttons that do multiple changes.  Like have a button that changes the tank color to that of a teleporter.  Click again to change back.  This could make for some nifty things rather than just switching items.

If you are refering to changing Hex Values during gameplay... that will never be able to happen...

The program can't run while you are playing Halo...

k sorry about late reply
first of all sorry to BJ about posting in wrong forum, oops

k the current probs are:
it only prints max 16 items in a file (so that's why it didn't add cyborg)
I maybe can change it too 17 but not much mor
untill I figure out some sort of scrolling we could have more items smile.gif
the moving is indeed fast  sad.gif can't seem to figure that out
if anayone knows how to let it move slower please pm me
I've tried using GetTickCount before it checks for the buttons
btw you can just add the other level files like beavercreek.bin
it'll read in the current folder for the level.bin or level-p.bin for pal file
it's prob gonna do some weird stuff if there aren't 16 items (like you can keep moving between the last empty items)
but this is just a alpha wink.gif I've got plenty of extra stuff to add and fix stuff  biggrin.gif

Maybe instead of adding scrolling you could add pages.  So there could be a projectile page, an equipment page, a vehicle page, and a misc page.  20 on each page would be plenty.  If that single click multiple action thing is possible those could have a page too.

One feature I like is that you can just tell it to save at the start and it will be original if you haven't changed the map with a different program.  So that is one feature I would like kept.

It was pretty quick and painless to make that file for Side Winder, so if anyone else has a request I could probably put together another level in much the same fashion.

btw new version has this way of using file
first line contains object type (eg: Projectiles), then start the other stuff
also this one works better with less then 17 objects (max is 17)
also I'm trying to get the "switch flag base with vehicle" so you can like use the wartog in hangemhigh
it'll switch between this and projectiles by using L/R Trigger

btw I really need to know how to move slower sad.gif
