Should be, I haven't specifically tried inserting new wheels on their own, but some cars I have downloaded and installed have custom wheels and work fine.

I'd say it would be the same as inserting them for the PC version as Modding the Xbox versions of the GTA games seems pretty much identical.

Should be some guides around on the net.

well i took some time in used google in found a way to put a new wheel pack in the game if anybody want them let me know p.s. all u have to do is convert them like u do with pc cars
