Vice City Xbox Problems

I'm having problems playing Vice City Backup on my XBOX. My XBOX has Evolution X Dashboard installed into. Vice City crashes before game has even loaded up, usually during the loading bar. The screen is just stalled then. Any ideas how I can play Vice City Backup on my XBOX?
