Custom Vehicle With Sounds

Can somebody answer my question:

I seen multiple downloads for cars such as a 2006 Ferrari Enzo. It came with a sound file so the car actually sounded as a Enzo does.
I know you can play PC cars on Xbox, but can you play PC cars with the sound files on Xbox?
