Full Conversion Mods That Work On Xbox

Scrolling through and searching the forums I do get various results and sometimes it seems more of people referring to the pc version of gta (whichever game episode) rather than the xbox. So my question is  are thier any full conversion mods that would work on the xbox version of the game?

I would love long dark night but I highly doubt this would work on the xbox.
