Gta 3 Dodo Plane

Can someone plz give me instructions on how to modify the dodo airplane from gta3 to fly normally if it is possible or maybe direct me to a site where i might find this information?????? I have a moded xbox and gta3 is already on it. Sorry if this has already been posted.
