Vice City Hacked Cheetah Flips Over Too Much

I currently have a hacked version of the Cheetah in Vice City, but when it flips over it takes forever to get out, and just keeps sliding.  Is there any way to permanently set  something in handling.cfg so it never flips over?  Also, at high speeds the turning sucks, is there anything that can be done to fix that?  Thanks a lot.
