May Have Found A Way To Increase Peds In Sa

in the data folder, (i'm sure i'm probably not the only one to find this) there is a a file called popcycle.dat  I think this file pretty much controls the density of how many people spawn in an area.  i've had problems however trying to get alot of people on screen.  They just don't show up.  If anybody could help would be great.

u mean pedgrp.dat this just says what ppl spawn were not how many , i know gta sa/stream.ini is were u can mess with how many cars spawn in the screen at 1 time,but i don't know if this is in there too.. so i don't know if u got car mods ,but lower the stream.ini to like 8 or 9 and take all the mod cars out of the cargrp, burtal any lock ups ever , but u gotta have the all in 1 mod ,. hope i helped
