Gtacensorremover - 545400a3

Hi, I'm new here but, I was wondering if anyone could help me out.  I got the GTA CENSORREMOVER and tried to use it on my save file on GTA:SA but it won't work I tried all of the Save Regions and it just won't work anyways my GTA:SA saves to the folder - "/E:/UDATA/545400a3" and I can't find anything on the net about this problem if you could please help me out thanks guys!
