Loading Problem After Inserted Mod

Now i have now idea y but when i step outside my house the game freezes after a few secs. I have searched and searched for an answer on y this happens and where else can i ask for help but here. So does anybody have the answer for this and help on how to fix this?

And its a vehicle mod that replaces another car...
