i beat san andreas! so now want to add mods to it (new cars weapons, stuf like that) i downloaded some cars and it says to install them i need to edit the handling.cfg i went to download the sa handling editor but when i try and open  the program i get a error message that says "Component  MSCOMCTL.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"

do you have .net framework installed?
(if not, search around on MS.com for the download)

no i didnt have .net framework but i just downloaded it and it still gives me the same error?

I'd try this one if I were you

Download MSCOMCTL.OCX.

Put it in your system32 folder where your other .ocx files are.

then go to start>run and type in regsvr32 \windows\system32\MSCOMCTL.OCX

it should say "mscomctl.ocx registered successfully" or something like that.

* this is for the windows xp OS
