Gta3 Image File Download

Is there any place to download a gta3 image file for san andreas that has a lot of the cars switched to real ones that works on xbox.  I tried to put some in myself but the game keeps freezing.  Thanks for the help.

theres a project in progress to do a mod like this but theres some conflicts.  One of the main conflicts is that hosting the entire gta3.img could be illegal and therefore hard to host.
