Just got the game for xbox, and i was wondering if you guys can point me the right direction for mod tools for GTA3 and VC.... thanks alot.

I hope i ain't breaking any rules by asking for tools, If i am... i am sry.

Heres a starter tutorial for setting up a vehicle mod with Vice city.  I has links to all the tools you need.  All the stuff should work with gta 3 as well except the wheel mod is different.
